Town Mayors Say No to Drugs with the Jive Aces The success of the Jive Aces “Say No to Drugs, Say Yes to Life” concerts have been growing rapidly over the past couple of years and have recently taken on a whole new dimension. Three town mayors in as many weeks have come out to support the campaign in their local areas. A dreary day, weatherwise, in a Solihull shopping precinct was brightened up dramatically with the Jive Aces rolling into town with some hot jive in tow. After warming up the town, Councillor Sheila Pitterway got up on stage to support the campaign and also signed the “Say No to Drugs, Say Yes to Life” pledge. Local newspapers even came to cover the event. continued...
